14 Day Exchange Policy*
We offer a "no questions asked" 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. This 14 day period starts when you receive your order. If within this 14 day period, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for a Return Authorization.
We also offer a 30 Day Exchange Policy. If within this 30 day period, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it for something else, simply contact us for an exchange Authorization. One of a kind tiles must be returned within 14 days. Beyond 30 days, returns will be on a case by case basis and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Tiles are not recommended for outdoor use unless outdoor temperatures stay above 32 degrees (freezing).
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product. (If free shipping was included in your original purchase, your refund will be minus the original shipping costs incurred by us.)

Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider, PayPal encrypts all your payment information. Name and shipping address is the only information we receive.
The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
IF A TILE SAYS TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
That means that it's a popular tile and we are out of stock but we are making more as soon as we can. Since we are a small operation, it may take 7-10 days for us to restock a tile. Please check back in that time frame and hopefully it will be available. Or feel free to call or email.
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE TILE I WANT IN THE FRAME I WANT?
Not every tile is shown in every frame that we offer. If you would like to purchase a framed tile that you don't see on the appropriate page, please send an e-mail with your frame choice and tile choice and we can send you a PayPal invoice.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM THAT I CAN VISIT?
We do not currently have a store or showroom that our customers can visit. However, feel free to call with any questions. We try to have quality photos on our website so you can see exactly what you will receive. We also try to have descriptions wherever possible to help make your purchasing decisions easier. We do not have a catalog because our website changes frequently.
DO YOU SELL UNSTAINED FRAMES?
Yes, we do sell unstained frames. Send an e-mail with your choice of style and size and we can send you an invoice.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM TILES?
At this time, we are unable to make custom tiles. Our tile process is very involved and a custom tile would be cost prohibitive. At this time we are only able to make tiles in the 4" and 6" size.
DO YOU MAKE FIELD TILES?
At this time, we are unable to make field tiles. You can contact Campbell Tileworks or North Prairie Tileworks for field tiles. You can find both on the internet. There are also business listings on Arts and Crafts Homes and Old House Journal websites.
IF I HAVE A FRAME I BOUGHT IN THE PAST, WILL THE STAIN COLOR MATCH IF I BUY A FRAME TODAY?
All of our stain colors are a blend of multiple colors and can vary from batch to batch. Also, oak boards can absorb stain differently depending on age and moisture content. We are unable to guarantee that frames bought at different times will match. If you want to place a new order for multiple frames, please before placing the order and we can check stock. Frames can be made to order using the same stain batch to ensure the closest match possible.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Packages shipping to the Midwest and West will possibly fit in flat rate boxes. Flat rate shipping is usually less expensive than what our shopping cart charges. If we are able to ship flat rate, we will issue a refund for the difference between what was paid and what shipping cost ends up being.
We do not mark up our shipping rates.
Best Way shipping will ship via USPS priority mail or parcel post.
USPS priority mail arrives in 2-3 days.
USPS ground advantage post arrives in 2-9 days.
Please keep in mind that natural disasters such as wildfires, floods, hurricanes, snowstorms and pandemics can delay mail delivery.
If you do not receive your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your confirmation of shipment so we can investigate. Insurance claims must be requested within 60 days of the date of the mailing label. If you do not notify us of a shipment not arriving within 14 days, you will be required to pay shipping costs for any replacement items.
Orders shipping to Canada may incur additional charges due to destination and weight of package. Please inquire via e-mail for these special cases.
USPS recently increased postal rates for packages calling for boxes larger than 12x12. We must pass these costs on via the shopping cart.
Pictorial and typographical errors are subject to correction when orders are placed. Arts And Craftsman LLC reserves the right to limit quantities.
